As a prospective tenant, you will be asked to complete an application which you will submit with a one month security deposit. Upon approval, we will notify you at which time we will make arrangements to collect your first months rent and get you keys, gate codes, and garage door openers for your home.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. Pets are considered on a case by case basis, and require an additional security deposit.
